Katherine and Chris met me downtown Annapolis in April for their civil ceremony at the Anne Arundel County Circuit Court. It was just the two of them for their short and sweet ceremony and photos around town afterwards. One of my love languages is adventures and elopements offer the opportunity to curate your “make your own experience” during your photo session. We had a scavenger hunt of locations around DTA. We met at the Courthouse for their ceremony. Strolled over to their favorite ice cream and coffee shop, The Red Bean. Popped over to the back of the Maryland Inn for the iron stairwell and architecture. Then over to the hidden alley way that reveals the State House. Up the hidden alley to the State House grand staircase, danced our way down the State house lawn through the cherry blossoms and Pinkney street. We ended at the Ego Alley water view with a few mallard ducks. Then off they finished their afternoon in the best way possible, a celebratory married ICE CREAM!
