Annapolis State House Circle Family Portrait
I have known the Flood family almost 3 years?!?! It is so exciting to watch families and their littler ones grow up behind my camera. Danielle called to set this portrait up as a surprise for her husband Tom’s parents. Luckily for them it was an unusually warm January day for their outdoor photo session at the Annapolis State House! It got up to the 60’s!! Tom’s brother was visiting from Hawaii and their parents were in town for the Holidays. These little kiddo’s had waited 6 months to see their Uncle and while photographing them I could tell how much they genuinely look up to their Uncle and admire him. It is really neat to see such a tight knit family unit. This family session is also a great reminder that you never know what to expect with a CUTE little two year old, remember this is “that” age and roll with their moods! After about an hour of photographing Izzy was back to her cheery self running around and kissing everyone…Looking into having a family session? Remember one little thing, be patient and allow the moment to happen!

Thank you so much Carly! You did an amazing job especially with a very moody Izzy and not herself Tenley! The photos came out beautiful and as usual you were absolutely wonderful to work with! Can’t wait for you to capture more special moments in our future!
