Frederick Farm Venue- Rustic Barn Wedding Photographer

August 11, 2011

This featured Inspiration Board comes from a wedding Photographed at the Chanteclaire Farm Wedding Venue.  Ceremony began outside by the Lake and followed shortly after for cocktail hour and reception inside the eclectic Barn at the Chanteclaire Farm.

Samantha and Josh said “I Do” at the beautiful Chanteclaire Farm in Friendsville, MD.  This unique Farm boasts an elegantly decorated two story barn that seats over 150 people comfortably.  Amazing vaulted exposed beams and one of a kind decorations.  The couple whom ran the Farm and Wedding venue were so sweet and catered to the couples every need!

Their vibrant red barn sits right beside a perfect sized pond at the end of a tree lined winding road.  There are rolling hills on the way to a smaller dark brown barn on the other side of the pond.  Chanteclaire Farm truly brings a chic look to the country setting.  Fitting for a casual and elegant affair.

Samantha chose stunning colors that worked so well with the fall weather and theme. I personally adored photographing her bouquet, it was the perfect balance of vibrant pops of orange with a subtle yellow and browns that tied in that country autumn colors!  The cake matched perfectly and seemed almost designed by the florist.  The simple white & beaded edges of the cake created a perfect palette for the pop of orange flowers and greenery, made a Masterpiece!

Give a photographer a saturated barn and bright green grass, they will be in heaven!  My home base is Annapolis and Baltimore, MD, however I am always willing to travel to destination wedding locations.  Especially when the landscape and venue is so inspiring and one of a kind!  Being a Destination Wedding Photographer really excites and inspires me, I love finding new spaces.  New places always rejuvenate me and keep my inspiration flowing, just like a painter and a new blank canvas!
