From the bride: “We met on June 27, 2013 at the Naval Academy class of 2017’s Induction Day, although we don’t actually remember meeting! We were placed in the same company and stood next to each other during the Oath of Office ceremony, which we didn’t realize until we saw pictures a few years later. We were strictly friends for our first two years as midshipmen and dated other people. We started spending more time together our junior year due to being in the same major. We spent a lot of time doing homework and lab reports together. I knew Sam had a crush on me and patiently waited for him to ask me out. We went on our first date March 25, 2016 and the rest is history!”
