Winter Chesapeake Bay Beach Club Wedding | Alexa & Tyrell

Alexa & Tyrell met in high school. They danced the night away at a basement house party in December 2011, and dated the rest of high school and through Alexa’s freshman year of college. A year later, Ty went off to Georgetown University to play football. A few months into his freshman year, and her sophomore year at University of Maryland, they took some needed time apart to live their college lives and grow personally. They always stayed in touch, but really reconnected about a year and a half later in August 2015. They began realizing how much they wanted to be together and quickly began making that happen. On September 5, 2015 Tyrell sustained a spinal cord injury playing college football for Georgetown.

“Tyrell asked if I could come and see him and within 48 hours I was there,” Alexa said. “It was that day that I knew him and I would be together forever.” On July 23, 2022 Ty proposed at a beautiful winery where he told Alexa that he wanted nothing more than to spend the rest of his life with her. “And I said, ABSOLUTELY!”
