The Philadelphia Flower Show

If you haven’t seen the Wedding Details and Designs from the Flower Show – Please be sure to look at the previous post!  They are insanely inspiring!

I wanted to separate all the images from the Show so that they all could be enjoyed.  I couldn’t stop taking photos, to the point I asked my friend Edith if I was over shooting and to drag me along if I was taking to long. lol.  I adore flowers, there is something about the smell of the leaves, soil, and petals that is soothing to me.

I mentioned my favorite flower I found was the King Protea,  they were for sale at the Show and had just arrived from Maui that morning.  How cool right?!  I had to take one home with me.  I also took home my favorite flower, an orchid.  I will be doing a fine art photograph of her (the orchid she hasn’t been named yet) soon!

I hope one day, if you love flowers, you get to go to the Philadelphia Flower show also!  It is definitely worth it.  Be sure to stop off at the Reading Terminal Market which is across the street and have brunch or lunch!  We didn’t want to stand in the 30 person lines at the Cheesesteak and Hoagie lines, so we tried the 12th Street Cantina!  Very tasty Mexican food and naked burrito.
