Amanda and Justin met me in Old City for their Merchant Exchange Philadelphia engagement! These two drove all the way from north New Jersey. I loved running and twirling around Old City with them as the sunset in Philly! Looking forward to capturing their memorial day weekend wedding at The Seasons! Amanda and Justin have known each other for so many years and dating for over 7 years. I absolutely loved their story so much I have to share their proposal story from Amanda’s perspective <3
Amanda: “Justin and I have known each other since fourth grade. We were each other’s first kiss in eighth grade and then seven years later of going our separate ways, fate brought us back together again. Throughout our relationship, we would go to this beautiful place full of botanical gardens called Skyland Manor. When I first took Justin there, I explained how my family and I have been going there ever since I could remember and always dreamed of taking my wedding pictures there one day. About three weeks before our seven year dating anniversary, Justin took me there and got down on one knee. After saying YES, kissing and crying, Justin told me to turn around and wave. I asked to who and he pointed to a person crying and holding a camera. It was my best friend, Amanda. The tears began to flow all over again as we hugged. Once we pulled ourselves together, Amanda followed Justin and I around with her camera and captured the best day of my life…so far!”
