Kelsey and Steve tied the knot downtown at the Annapolis Courthouse right as the leaves were turning to fall. Annapolis is such a gorgeous spot to stroll through and celebrate. It reminded Kelsey and Steve of their favorite New England towns. They chose to walk through the streets after they eloped and enjoy dinner at the Chart House after photos! Loved walking through town capturing these two, beaming after officially being married!! Covid couldn’t stop these two! Kelsey had a small change of plans and Whole Foods Floral saved the day with her bouquet. Arrow Bella Beauty met Kelsey in the morning for makeup and hair.
