Sunday Funday | Centreville MD Photographer

March 25, 2012

On the occasional Sunday in which I am blessed to be free, I inevitably drive around and photograph towns I haven’t been to.  Centreville, MD I have driven through, and been to once or twice before over the years.  However, I have never stayed long.  A few months ago I met a bride for her wedding consultation in a really great coffee shop in the middle of town.  Centreville is so small you look both ways and you’ve driven through the middle of town.  However, there are a lot of shops, and old buildings and barns to use for photographic opportunities!

Many of the architecture dates back to the late 1700’s including the Courthouse from 1792.  Neat factoid, is that the Centreville Courthouse is the only courthouse in Maryland that has been continuously in use since it’s construction!

These are just a few of my favorite images from my stroll around town!
