Timeless Elegance – Columbia Country Club Wedding Photographer
The day began at the Hyatt in Bethesda where funny enough Tom was in the room a floor below Sherine! So cute. The flowers, lilies which are one of my FAVS and very sensitive, were delivered by Judy Johnson, Delighted Eye from Gaithersburg,MD. The afternoon was hotter than a spring day, but the clouds and blue skies were amazing above St. John’s Episcopal Church for Sherine & Tom’s ceremony. The light poured in through the large Church windows, a photographer’s best friend in regards to ceremony locations! One of my favorite moments was caught as Sherine rested her head on Tom’s shoulder…these two have such a sweet kind’o’love.
Sherine and Tom definitely picked a stunning venue. Columbia Country Club, located at 7900 Connecticut Ave Chevy Chase, MD sits on an incredible golf course and a perfect view of the sunset! The old world charm and details are everywhere you look considering the Club was first established in 1898! I have been dreaming of photographing here for years and from the grounds, the staff, delicious food, and the attention to detail I was definitely not let down! I can’t wait to photograph there in the future, favorite people hand’s down. Gerald Myles with Myles of Sound kept the dance floor rockin and kept Sherine’s pretty gold Kate Spade shoes dancing all night long! I had SOO much fun with these two, their families, and their hilarious wedding party! They’re the kind of people I never want to lose touch with!
